Straight line winds caught the corner of this roof and flipped it up.
The old material was laid back in place and re-attached. 3″ plates and fasteners were used around the perimeter and in the field area of the roof to fasten existing membrane. An application of spray-in-place polyurethane foam and two applications of elastomeric coatings provides a monolithic barrier to ensure a leak free system. This job was completed on Oct. 8, 2014.
